# Enable Circleback for a Microsoft organization (/docs/support/account-and-setup/enable-circleback-for-a-microsoft-organization)

A Microsoft admin from your organization, typically from IT, can follow these to enable Circleback for the organization:

1. Log in to Circleback at [circleback.ai](https://circleback.ai/).
2. Once they've created an account, select **Connect** next to Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
3. Tick the **Consent on behalf of your organization** box when connecting the Microsoft account.
4. Select **Accept**.

Alternatively, the admin can switch the user consent settings to **Allow user consent for apps** by following [these instructions](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/configure-user-consent?pivots=portal#configure-user-consent-settings). Please keep in mind that with this approach, each user consent will need to be approved by the admin.
