# Switch to Circleback from Fathom (/docs/support/account-and-setup/switch-to-circleback/switch-to-circleback-from-fathom)

Bring your notes, transcripts, attendees, action items, and available recordings from Fathom into Circleback. Once imported, you can search your meetings, share them, and ask questions about them.

Each person imports meetings from their **own** account. If your team is switching together, each team member should complete these steps.

### Import your meetings

1. In Circleback, go to **Settings → Import**.
2. Select **Fathom**.
3. Select **Connect** and follow the prompts to authorize Circleback. Use the same Fathom account for both authorization steps.
4. Review the number of meetings that will be imported, then select **Import**.

You can close the page while Circleback imports your meetings in the background. We’ll email you when the import is complete.
