# Automatically share meetings (/docs/support/meetings/automatically-share-meetings)

To share meetings with the same people every time, put them in a [folder](/docs/support/meetings/folders) with auto-add rules. Everyone in the folder sees each meeting as soon as it finishes, whether or not they were invited to it.

## Set it up

1. Select **+** next to **Folders** in the sidebar and name the folder.
2. **Add people**: add the people, teams, or your whole workspace, and choose their access.
3. **Auto-add meetings**: choose **every meeting** to share everything, or **matching meetings** and add rules, such as meetings with a certain tag or with people from a customer's domain. Then choose whose meetings the rules add: everyone in the folder, or only specific people.
4. Select **Create folder**.

From then on, new meetings that match are added to the folder as they finish, and everyone in it can see them.

## Examples

- **Share customer calls with the sales team**: add the Sales team, choose matching meetings, and add a rule for meetings with people outside your company.
- **Share everything with your workspace**: add your workspace and choose every meeting.
- **Share a project's meetings with the project team**: add the team, choose matching meetings, and add a rule for meetings tagged with the project's tag.

## Things to know

- Rules add new meetings only. When you set them up, Circleback shows your past meetings that match, and you choose which to add.
- If you want other people's meetings added too, turn that on when you add them. Unless you're a workspace admin, they get an invitation first, since it shares their meetings with the folder.
- Meetings tagged **1:1**, **Personal**, or **Sensitive** stay out of shared folders by default. See [privacy rules](/docs/support/meetings/folders#privacy-rules).
- To stop sharing one meeting, take it out of the folder, or move it to **Private** so rules won't add it again.
