## How it works

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and select Browse connectors.
2. Search for Circleback and connect it.
3. Sign in to Circleback and approve access.
4. Ask, for example "What did we decide about pricing in last week's customer calls?"

### Is Circleback an official Claude connector?

Yes. Circleback is listed in Claude's connector directory, so you can add it without pasting a URL.

### What can it access?

Your meetings, notes, transcripts, action items, calendar events, connected email, and the people and companies you meet, limited to what your Circleback account can see.

### Can it make changes in Circleback?

Yes, with write access. It can create and update action items, update meeting notes and tags, and share meetings. Circleback asks for write access when you connect, and your AI app can ask you to confirm each change.

### Does it work with Claude Code?

Yes. Run `claude mcp add --transport http circleback https://circleback.ai/api/mcp`, then run `/mcp` in Claude Code to sign in.

### Is it free?

Yes. MCP access is included on every plan. Free includes 30 days of meeting history, and Pro and above include all of it.
