## How it works

1. Go to Settings → Connected accounts.
2. Select Connect on Gmail and sign in.
3. Open a meeting or ask Circleback a question to see email context.

## What you can do with Gmail

- See recent email threads next to past meetings with the same people.
- Get notes that use recent emails with the meeting's invitees as context.
- Search meetings and emails together when you ask Circleback.

### Does Circleback store my emails?

No. Circleback reads emails on demand, when it writes notes for a meeting or when you ask a question, and doesn't store copies.

### Can I disconnect it?

Yes. Disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Connected accounts.

Yes. Email connections are included on every plan, including Free.
