## How it works

1. Go to Settings → Import in Circleback and select Read AI.
2. Select Connect and authorize Circleback in the Read AI window.
3. Review the number of meetings and select Import.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I include recordings?

Before you import, enable Downloads in Read AI under Manage Workspace → Settings → Reporting.

### Which meetings are imported?

The meetings you own in Read AI. Teammates import their own meetings from their accounts.

### Do I need to keep the page open?

No. The import runs in the background, and Circleback emails you when it's done.

### Is importing free?

Importing works on every plan. Free includes 30 days of meeting history, and Pro and above include all of it.
