## How it works

1. Open Automations in Circleback and select New automation.
2. Run it after every meeting, or only for meetings that match tags, meeting name, participants or invitee email domains.
3. Select Send webhook request and enter your endpoint URL.
4. Choose the outcomes to include and send a test request.
5. Save. Each matching meeting is sent to your endpoint.

## Frequently asked questions

### What does the request contain?

A JSON body with the meeting ID, name, date, duration, meeting URL, tags, attendees, and the notes, action items, transcript and insights you chose. When recordings are saved, it also has a recording URL that stays valid for 24 hours.

### Can I send past meetings?

Yes. Select all meetings and run the automation from the Actions menu.

### Is it on the Free plan?

No. Webhook automations need Pro or above.
