## How it works

1. Open Automations in Circleback and select New automation.
2. Run it after every meeting, or only for meetings that match tags, meeting name, participants or invitee email domains.
3. Choose Zoho and connect your account.
4. Choose what to include, then save.

### Can I choose which meetings it runs on?

Yes. Conditions limit an automation to meetings with certain tags, meeting names, participants, invitee emails, invitee email domains or number of invitees. Without conditions, it runs after every meeting.

### Is Zoho CRM on the Free plan?

No. Zoho automations need Pro or above.
