Workspace admins can now run automations on any meeting they have access to, not just meetings they own. Previously, only the owners of a meeting could run automations on it. Now, if a meeting has been shared with you and you're a workspace admin, you can run automations on it directly.

This makes it easier to apply automations consistently across your workspace's meetings, whether you're pushing notes to a CRM, generating insights across calls, or running any other automation.
