Automatically start recordings on microphone use

The desktop app can now automatically start recordings when your computer's microphone is accessed by an app. This makes it easier to capture meetings that start early or late, as well as impromptu conversations.

To enable this, go to Settings → Calendar in the desktop app and enable Automatically start recordings. When any app accesses your microphone, the record panel will appear with a countdown before recording begins automatically.
