Support for new English, French, and Portuguese language locales

We've added support for the following new language locales in:
- English (United Kingdom)
- English (United States)
- French (France)
- French (Canada)
- Portuguese (Portugal)
- Portuguese (Brazil)
To update the language used for meeting outcomes (i.e. notes, action items, insights), go to Settings → Account and select a language from the dropdown.
