Can we change plans, upgrade, or downgrade whenever we want?

Yes, you can switch plans or add or remove seats whenever from Settings → Billing. You're only charged the prorated difference when making changes and remaining balance is applied as a credit to your future invoices.

Some people on my team aren't in meetings, do I need to pay for them too?

No, you can add viewers to your team for free. Viewers can access meetings that have been shared with them but can't use Circleback for their own meetings.

Yes, we have a 30% non-profit discount. Sign up with your non-profit email, contact support, and we'll apply it to your account.
