We've introduced new settings in the desktop app that allow you to automatically start and end meeting recordings based on events on your calendar.

These settings can be enabled from the menu bar (macOS) or system tray (Windows).

When enabled, a 30-second countdown will be shown on the record panel before automatically starting a recording at the calendar event start time. Similarly, when enabled, recordings will automatically end at the calendar event end time with a 30-second countdown. Recordings will automatically start only if Circleback does not join the meeting.
