Improved automation trigger conditions

January 24, 2025

We've improved automations to give you more control over when they run.

Here's how the new automation trigger conditions work:

  • Each automation can have several condition groups

  • Within each group, all conditions must match for the group to match

  • If any of the condition groups match, the automation will run

For example, you can set up an automation to run for:

  • Any meeting with a Customer Interview tag, or

  • Any meeting that has both a Demo tag and "Circleback" in its name

You can create conditions based on:

  • Tags (include or exclude)

  • Participants (include or exclude)

  • Meeting name (is or is not an exact match, or contains or does contain specified text)

Combine these conditions to precisely control when your automations run.
