Organize your workspace into teams

We've evolved our structure: what was previously called 'teams' are now 'workspaces,' and you can now organize your workspace into multiple teams with separate access and automations.
Workspace admins can create teams and add members from Settings → Workspace. Share meetings with specific teams manually, or set up automations to share meetings automatically. For example, share every customer interview with your Product team so everyone stays informed.
You can also enable automations for specific teams. For example, enable an automation for your sales team that generates deal analysis and updates your CRM after every sales call.
This gives you more precise control over which meetings each team can access and which automations run for them, helping ensure everyone sees the conversations and insights that matter most to them. Available today on the Circleback for Teams plan.
