Krisp auto-shares transcripts, notes, and recordings to same-workspace calendar invitees when its calendar and join prerequisites are met; the setting defaults on during rollout. The audience logic is useful but narrower than a general title, participant, domain, tag, and destination rule builder.

The REST API can return speaker-attributed transcripts, summaries, action items with assignees and completion state, attendees, CRM matches, playback metadata, and recording downloads. Its official MCP connects authorized meeting data to ChatGPT, Claude, and other clients. Both follow what the authenticated user owns or can see through team sharing; an administrator key does not automatically reach private meetings across the organization.
