Invite team members to Circleback

Beginning today, you can add members from your team to Circleback without them needing to have a Circleback account first. Add a member as usual from Settings → Team. If they've yet to create a Circleback account, they'll get an email letting them know you added them to the team. Once they login, they'll become a member of the team.
