Do I need to talk to sales to get Enterprise?

No. Enterprise is fully self-serve. Sign up, choose Enterprise, and start a free trial, then set up single sign-on, SCIM, the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and invoice billing yourself in your workspace settings.

Does Circleback train AI models on our data?

No. Circleback does not use customer data to train models.

Is Circleback SOC 2 compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Circleback is SOC 2 Type II and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certified, and encrypts data at rest and in transit. The security portal has more details, including a report of an external pentest.

Which identity providers work with SSO and SCIM?

Accepted Answer

Single sign-on supports SAML and OIDC, so it works with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and any other SAML or OIDC provider. SCIM works with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and any SCIM 2.0 directory. Both need Enterprise and a verified domain.

Will Circleback sign a BAA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Workspaces on Enterprise can turn on the Business Associate Agreement in workspace settings, without a sales call. Circleback offers its standard BAA only, not custom BAAs.

Can admins enforce recording, sharing, and retention settings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Admins can lock settings for every member, including whether recordings are saved, meeting joining preferences, sharing defaults, email sending preferences, the notetaker’s name and image, and data retention.
