Bring over existing notes and supported meeting data. Availability depends on the source; importing does not automatically rewrite your old notes.

Action items may still appear as text in imported notes. Granola imports label your microphone speech as you and other speech with a generic speaker label. Read AI imports meetings owned by the connected account.
Imported sharing can differ from the original permissions: Fathom and Fireflies recipients receive edit access; Granola recipients receive edit access, with owner access retained for owners. Review access after importing.
Using another app? Upload an audio or video recording, or use the import API to bring over compatible notes and transcripts.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never used to train models. Circleback is SOC 2 Type II audited and EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework certified. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, and HIPAA support with a BAA.
