Switch to Circleback from Fireflies

Bring your notes, transcripts, attendees, and available recordings from Fireflies into Circleback. Once imported, you can search your meetings, share them, and ask questions about them.

Each person imports meetings from their own account. If your team is switching together, each team member should complete these steps.

Import your meetings

1. In Circleback, go to Settings → Import.
2. Select Fireflies.
3. Open your Fireflies API settings and copy your API key.
4. Paste the key into Circleback and select Connect.
5. Review the number of meetings that will be imported, then select Import.

If your API key isn’t accepted, copy a new key from Fireflies and try again.

You can close the page while Circleback imports your meetings in the background. We’ll email you when the import is complete.
