Email preferences

Choose what you get emails for

Meeting notes

After a meeting ends, Circleback can automatically send you an email with the notes. You can configure this from Settings → Emails.

When a meeting is shared with someone, they'll also receive an email with the notes and a link to open the meeting in Circleback.

Weekly roundup

Weekly roundup is a summary of all meetings from the last 7 days, sent to your inbox each week. Toggle this on from Settings → Emails.

Workspace admins can set email preferences as a default or enforce them for all members from Default and enforced workspace settings.
