Circleback HubSpot integration

Yes, Circleback automatically updates HubSpot after each meeting: it logs the meeting and your notes on the matching contacts or deals and turns action items into HubSpot tasks. It does not edit contact or deal fields, and Ask Circleback can create or update records when you ask.

Plan: Pro, Business and Enterprise

How it works

  1. 1Open Automations in Circleback and select New automation.
  2. 2Run it after every meeting, or only for meetings that match tags, meeting name, participants or invitee email domains.
  3. 3Choose HubSpot and connect your account.
  4. 4Choose whether to log meetings on contacts or on deals.
  5. 5Choose what to include, then save.

What you can do with HubSpot

  • Log each meeting on the matching contacts or deals.
  • Turn action items into HubSpot tasks.
  • Ask Circleback to search contacts, companies and deals, or create and update records.
