Circleback imports your Fathom notes, transcripts, attendees, action items and available recordings, so your history comes with you.

How it works
- 1Go to Settings → Import in Circleback and select Fathom.
- 2Select Connect and authorize Circleback, using the same Fathom account both times.
- 3Review the number of meetings and select Import.

Can my team import together?
Each person imports the meetings from their own Fathom account, so everyone on the team runs the import once.
Do I need to keep the page open?
No. The import runs in the background, and Circleback emails you when it's done.
Is importing free?
Importing works on every plan. Free includes 30 days of meeting history, and Pro and above include all of it.
