Frequently asked questions
Can Circleback post to a private Slack channel?
Yes. Add the Circleback app to the private channel first, then pick that channel in the automation.
Can different meetings go to different channels?
Yes. Create one automation per channel and give each its own conditions, for example customer calls to a sales channel and standups to an engineering channel.

Can I ask Circleback questions from Slack?
Yes. Mention @Circleback in a channel or send a direct message to the Circleback app, for example "@Circleback what did we decide about the pricing update?"
Is the Slack integration free?
Yes. Slack automations are included on every plan, including Free.
