How it works
- 1Go to Settings → Calendar.
- 2Select Connect on Google Calendar and sign in.
- 3Choose which meetings Circleback joins in your joining preferences.
Frequently asked questions
Which calendar does Circleback read?
The primary calendar on each connected account. Meetings on shared or secondary calendars aren't visible to Circleback.
Can I connect more than one calendar account?
Yes. You can connect several Google and Outlook accounts.
Do I need a calendar if I record with the desktop or mobile app?
No, but it helps. With a calendar connected, recordings are matched to their events, so they get the right title and participant names.
Is it free?
Yes. Calendar connections are included on every plan, including Free.
