How it works
- 1Go to Settings → Connected accounts.
- 2Select Connect on Gmail and sign in.
- 3Open a meeting or ask Circleback a question to see email context.
What you can do with Gmail
- See recent email threads next to past meetings with the same people.
- Get notes that use recent emails with the meeting's invitees as context.
- Search meetings and emails together when you ask Circleback.
Frequently asked questions
Does Circleback store my emails?
No. Circleback reads emails on demand, when it writes notes for a meeting or when you ask a question, and doesn't store copies.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes. Disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Connected accounts.
Is it free?
Yes. Email connections are included on every plan, including Free.
