How it works
- 1Go to Settings → Calendar and select Connect on Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- 2Go to Settings → Connected accounts and select Connect on Outlook Mail.
- 3Choose which meetings Circleback joins in your joining preferences.
Frequently asked questions
My organization requires admin consent. What do I do?
Your IT admin enables Circleback for your Microsoft organization first. Then you can connect your calendar.
Which calendar does Circleback read?
The primary calendar on each connected account. Meetings on shared or secondary calendars aren't visible to Circleback.
Does Circleback store my emails?
No. Circleback reads emails on demand, when it writes notes for a meeting or when you ask a question, and doesn't store copies.
Is it free?
Yes. Calendar and email connections are included on every plan, including Free.
