How it works
- 1Go to Settings → Import in Circleback and select Read AI.
- 2Select Connect and authorize Circleback in the Read AI window.
- 3Review the number of meetings and select Import.

How do I include recordings?
Before you import, enable Downloads in Read AI under Manage Workspace → Settings → Reporting.
Which meetings are imported?
The meetings you own in Read AI. Teammates import their own meetings from their accounts.
Do I need to keep the page open?
No. The import runs in the background, and Circleback emails you when it's done.
Is importing free?
Importing works on every plan. Free includes 30 days of meeting history, and Pro and above include all of it.
