Google Workspace SSO
Circleback supports Google Workspace single sign-on over SAML, so your team logs in with their Google accounts.

How it works
- 1In Circleback, go to Settings → General, select Connect under Single sign-on and choose SAML.
- 2In the Google Admin console, add a custom SAML app named Circleback and download its metadata.
- 3Upload the metadata in Circleback and copy Circleback's ACS URL and Entity ID into Google.
Frequently asked questions
Can we require SSO?
Yes. Workspace admins can enforce SSO, which turns off every other way to log in.
Does it provision accounts with SCIM?
No. This setup connects sign-in only. To remove access, deactivate the member in Circleback.
Which plan includes SSO?
Enterprise, which includes single sign-on with SAML or OIDC and SCIM provisioning.
