How it works

  1. 1In Make, create a scenario with the Circleback Watch Webhook Request module and copy the webhook address.
  2. 2In Circleback, add a webhook step to an automation and paste the address.
  3. 3Choose the outcomes to send and save.
  4. 4Back in Make, add modules for the apps you want to update.

Which apps can I reach through Make?

Any app on Make, including Affinity, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Google Drive, Jira, Pipedrive and Todoist.

How do I test the scenario?

Select Run once in Make, then send a test request from the webhook step in Circleback.

Can I choose which meetings it runs on?

Yes. Conditions limit an automation to meetings with certain tags, meeting names, participants, invitee emails, invitee email domains or number of invitees. Without conditions, it runs after every meeting.

Is Make on the Free plan?

No. Webhook automations need Pro or above.
