How it works
- 1Open Automations in Circleback and select New automation.
- 2Run it after every meeting, or only for meetings that match tags, meeting name, participants or invitee email domains.
- 3Choose Zapier, connect your account, pick the outcomes to send and save.
- 4In Zapier, create a Zap with the Circleback Automations trigger and choose your automation step.
- 5Add the app you want to update and turn on the Zap.

Which apps can I reach through Zapier?
Any app on Zapier, including Affinity, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Google Drive, Jira, Pipedrive, Todoist and Trello.
Can one automation step feed several Zaps?
No. Each automation step connects to one Zap. Connecting the step to a new Zap stops the previous one from receiving data.
Can I choose which meetings it runs on?
Yes. Conditions limit an automation to meetings with certain tags, meeting names, participants, invitee emails, invitee email domains or number of invitees. Without conditions, it runs after every meeting.
Is Zapier on the Free plan?
No. Zapier automations need Pro or above.
