Use Assistant in Slack

You can use Circleback Assistant directly in Slack without leaving your workspace.

Ask a question in Slack

Mention @Circleback in any channel followed by your question, or send your question as a direct message to the Circleback app on Slack. Circleback will search across your conversations and reply with an answer.

For follow-up questions, reply in the same thread. In channels, you'll need to mention @Circleback again. In direct messages, just reply to the thread–no mention needed.

For example:

• "@Circleback what did we decide about the pricing update?"
• "@Circleback what was the main takeaway of this week's chat with Initech?"

Connect Slack

To use Assistant in Slack, you'll need to connect your Slack workspace. Go to Settings → Connected accounts to connect Slack.
